Privacy policy of the Certification Academy service
Information notice for registration in the INTERLAB Certification Academy (supplements the interlab.pl privacy policy).
1. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is INTERLAB Sp. z o.o., ul. Kosiarzy 37 paw. 20, 02-953 Warsaw, Poland. Contact: interlab@interlab.pl.
2. What data we collect and why
- Full name, business e-mail address, phone number — provided in the registration form; processed to create and operate your free account for accessing the Academy educational materials (basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — performance of a contract for an electronically supplied service).
- IP address and timestamps — to keep the service secure and prevent abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest).
- If you give separate, voluntary consent, we will also use your contact details to send information about products, trainings and new materials (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time.
3. How long we keep the data
For as long as your account exists. We delete the account and data on your request (write to interlab@interlab.pl).
4. Who we share the data with
Data is stored on servers administered by INTERLAB. To deliver e-mails (e.g. the activation link) we may use a transactional e-mail provider acting as a processor. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Poland: the President of the UODO). Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
6. Cookies
The service uses a single technical cookie (ak_acc) that keeps you signed in after account activation. We use no advertising or third-party tracking cookies. General cookie rules for INTERLAB websites are described in the interlab.pl privacy policy.
